The Rural Energy Development for Washington is a statewide program that helps implement renewable energy and energy efficiency projects on farms and rural small businesses by providing:
- Education about energy conservation options and incentives
- Technical assistance and assessment of site feasibility for clean energy projects
- Grant writing for state and federal grant and loan programs
